Enjoy a 7-night stay in a beautiful home in Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica. This is the perfect opportunity to clear your mind and focus on your physical and mental health, challenge yourself, see new things and breathe in a fresh take on life.

The house that will be home for a week is set up for maximum relaxation and fun. There are endless amounts of attention to detail. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds and full bath. There is also a living room and kitchen. All indoor spaces are air conditioned with a long table for dining on the patio. See photos of house below!

 

The palapa rancho (outdoor living area) has hammocks and a comfy lounging area. There is also a wet bar and ping pong table. The upper section of the rancho is a wide open space and the perfect place for massage, yoga or dancing.

 

The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach. (There are no houses or hotels directly on the beach in this area. The jungle grows all the way to the sand.) The house is centrally located within walking distance of food, shopping, yoga, gym and trail wandering. Please note that Playa Guiones has no paved streets or sidewalls.

 

Your day is yours to do with as you please. Sun rises at 6am and the town comes alive with people heading to the beach for surfing, walking and other forms of movement. Afternoon naps are perfect when the mid-day heat hits. The sun sets at 6pm and the community gathers once again to wrap up a day well spent.

Three surf lessons are included in each trip, and are led by a team of experienced local surf instructors. You’ll learn to surf on a sandy beach break, where beginners can catch waves in shallow water and more experienced surfers can head out for green waves. Each of our retreats also offers additional daily fitness opportunities for all fitness levels, which may include beach walks, yoga, aerial yoga, spin, pilates, or gym passes.

You will be offered 2 opportunities for fitness per day. Surfing, extra excursions, massages and dinners are scheduled in advance. These items cannot be refunded once scheduled. 

​

You will fly into Liberia Airport on November 12, stay the night at the Hilton Garden Inn and get picked up by transportation the next morning to be taken to your destination (2 hr drive). You will depart very early on the morning of the 20th to make your way back to the Liberia Airport in time for your departing flight.
